If you could give a one-line shout out to your team, for how they’ve handled this year, what would you say?
It has been fantastic to see us pulling together and helping and supporting each other, adapting and flexing to these strange times
Were you guilty of any lockdown splurges?
I rashly decided to re-do the drive, manually! Digging out eight tonnes of stone, gravel and dirt, before re-laying. All done whilst we had a really hot spell!

The return of normality, whatever that may be, perhaps with new ways of working and more empathy and flexibility
Which business do you think has gone above and beyond, this year?
