Try This Mint And Peach Spritz Cocktail Made With Cold-Brew Iced Tea
Bursting with the refreshing flavours of green tea, peach and mint, and the gentle fizz of Prosecco this is a perfect cocktail to see in the Summer.
Ingredients:
100ml of your favourite cold brew green tea. (KAYTEA's Paradise Green recommended)
15ml Prosecco
Ice cubes or chips
Squeeze of lemon juice
Lime to garnish
Mint leaves to garnish
You will need:
Cocktail glass, small knife, straw or spoon to stir.
Method:
First, fill your glass with a handful of ice cubes or chips, then pour in the Prosecco.
Next, pour in your cold brew iced tea and gently stir.
Cut a thin slice of lime, then cut a small slit into it and place it on the rim of your glass.
Next, take a small sprig of mint leaves and place them gently into your glass.
Finally, squeeze in your lemon juice. Half a lemon should suffice!
Sit back and enjoy!
