Free Hot Drinks For NHS Workers During Coronavirus Crisis

Family-run coffee and refreshments company, Broderick’s, is providing frontline NHS workers with free hot drinks to help them through their shifts during the current coronavirus crisis.

With the closure of many takeaway outlets, the Manchester-based company wanted to provide tea, coffee and hot chocolates for NHS workers as a way to say thank you for all of their incredible work.

Broderick’s vending machines are placed in numerous locations across Greater Manchester, including Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport. To claim a free drink, NHS staff simply need to download the Broderick’s Pay4Vend app on their phone, which connects to Broderick’s vending machines.

John Broderick, MD of Broderick’s, said, ‘We are doing everything we can to keep providing as much support as possible during this pandemic, and so offering our products for free is really the least we could do to show how grateful we are to the brave NHS staff who are risking their health every day.

It may only be a brew, but that can make all the difference to your day sometimes. We just wanted to do something to make lives a little easier during this time of crisis.’
