Ey Up Rhubarb Cocktail

 
With Valentine's Day just around the corner here is another lovely rhubarb gin cocktail to try from Slingsbys Gin.

Ingredients:

25ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
12.5ml Hibiscus Syrup
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Rose Lemonade to top

Method:

Combine Rhubarb gin, hibiscus syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice then shake & fine strain into a coupe glass.
Top with rose lemonade and garnish with a rose petal.
