Emerald Yacht Cruises has rolled out its portfolio of ocean itineraries aboard its first custom built ocean-going super yacht – the Emerald Azzurra.

And the company is offering guests a ‘Super Earlybird’ limited time offer with savings of up to 30 per cent on selected cabins and itineraries aboard the 100-guest vessel, along with a complimentary deposit protection plan and a flexible booking policy.The inaugural sailing of the new super yacht will be the eight-day Best of the Red Sea itinerary, starting from £3,625 per person for an Oceanview Stateroom, departing 28 January 2022.

The eight-day round-trip sails from Jordan’s coastal city, Aqaba, and includes visits to Nuweibah, Hurghada, Safaga and Sharm el-Sheikh in Egypt, before travelling to Eilat in Israel and then back to ancient Aqaba.

Highlights include the chance to discover the history of St. Catherine’s Monastery, an Eastern Orthodox monastery located on the Sinai Peninsula, a glass-bottom boat trip in the natural Naama bay in Sharm el-Sheikh, and the opportunity to add on a guided visit and eco-experience of Kibbutz Lotan and Neot Smadar.

Over the past 10 years, the small ship cruising sector on both oceans and rivers has seen steady growth among travellers looking for smaller, more intimate settings, personalised service and experiential tours.
