World Class Adventures have returned to Skipton’s The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa in North Yorkshire thanks to a renewed partnership with the Land Rover Experience.

The challenge allows participants to get behind the wheel of a Land Rover or Range Rover on Yorkshire’s famously rugged landscape, and traverse grassy hills, rock crawls and water crossings, all in the pursuit of high octane fun!

With only nine Land Rover Experience Centres in the UK, this latest partnership is a coup for The Coniston.

The hotel, which already makes the most of its location on a picturesque and private 1,400-acre estate surrounded by the spectacular Yorkshire Dales adds the Land Rover Experience to its existing outdoor activities that already include air-rifles, archery, clay pigeon shooting, cycling, fishing and walking.

Using top of the range, brand new vehicles, there will be six Land Rover Experiences on offer, from a one-hour taster to an advanced full day experience, which will enable guests to discover the Dales on an adrenaline-fuelled off-road adventure.

The one-hour taster offers an introduction to off-roading and being able to test first-hand the car’s capabilities, going down steep descents and wading through muddy terrain. Half day experiences will see guests developing their driving skills and how to handle obstacles in different environments whilst learning how to navigate through streams, rock crawls and bridge crossings. The full day itinerary will take on more challenging terrain.

Teenagers are not forgotten, as a special ‘Young Off Roader’ expert led experience has also been created for the 11-17’s.

Land Rover Experiences start from £125 for one hour, £249 for a two-hour experience, £325 hours for half a day and £525 for a full day based on two people driving.
