Rhubarb Fizz Cocktail

With Valentine's Day just around the corner here is another refreshing gin cocktail to try from Slingsbys Gin.

Ingredients:

50ml Rhubarb gin
50ml pink grapefruit
25ml elderflower
Top Grapefruit lemonade

Method:

Add all ingredients to a tall glass over ice, stir.
Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
