Marmalade Fizz

Forget classic Bucks Fizz or the weaker US Mimosa. This Christmas (or any celebration) try drinking the Marmalade Fizz. Basically a turbo charged version of Buck’s Fizz.

Ingredients:

1 measure Slingsby Marmalade Gin
2 measures Orange Juice
1tsp Marmalade
Champagne or Prosecco
Dried Orange

Method:

Combine all ingredients except the Champagne/Prosecco and dried orange into a shaker.
Shake and strain into a glass and top with Champagne or Prosecco.
Garnish with dried orange.
Add a sparkler for extra celebration

It is delicious and ideal for breakfast celebrations!!
