Mark Your Occasion Nominated In All New Celebrant Industry Awards

As an industry first, these global awards are set to recognise those delivering excellence as nominated by fellow Celebrant colleagues, industry suppliers, couples and families.
Mark, nominated for the Best Rising Star 2021, is a Family and Funeral Celebrant based in Addingham covering West and North Yorkshire, as well as the rest of the UK. With nominations set to close on Sunday 9th May, voting then opens to the public on Monday 17th May until Friday 21st May, before being reviewed and judged by an independent panel made up of industry experts.
Founder of TCIA and The Celebrant Directory, Jennifer Claire Constant said:
“I am so excited to finally launch these awards to shout loudly about our fantastic Celebrant community and really recognise the talent we have.”
She continued:
“The past year has shown how integral Celebrants are within the funeral and weddings industry, working and supporting families through life-changing events. I’m really proud of how our members have come together and have made a difference in times of such hardship in 2020-21.”
Upon hearing about his nomination, Mark remarked:
“I feel very proud to have earned a nomination, especially in the first year of my business. It has been an honour to have helped several families this year deal with the loss of a loved one at such a difficult time, and it’s always rewarding to know that my efforts are making a difference in people’s lives. I look forward to a more positive year full of big weddings and a return to some sense of normality!”
