TeamSport Indoor Karting, in partnership with Motorsport UK, has launched 2021 the British Indoor Karting Championship (BIKC) in the aim to get anyone into motoring. The championship can open the door to future opportunities in motoring as racers from the age of eight can take part.

The first British Indoor Karting Championship launched in 2020 when TeamSport Karting partnered with Motorsport UK, the governing body for four-wheel motorsport in the UK, to create an accessible and affordable grassroots racing event set to revolutionise indoor karting across the UK.
The championship is set to launch again for the second year running with the 2021 Championship kicking off on July 1st. TeamSport Elite #GRID Members will race it out for the chance to take home the BIKC trophy and gain their first British title.

To enter racers must:

· Head down to one of 35 TeamSport tracks throughout the UK

· Be a TeamSport #Grid Elite Member which provides the required K-I License from Motorsport UK

Local track qualifiers will take place from 1st July 2021, with eligible drivers progressing to local and regional finals in October and November, culminating in the BIKC Grand Final in December.

Dominic Gaynor: CEO, TeamSport Indoor Karting comments: “TeamSport are really excited to be partnering with Motorsport UK in launching the 2021 indoor karting championship this July. Indoor karting is the most accessible form of motorsport, so literally anybody can enter. It’s going to be a fantastic championship run exclusively at TeamSport tracks across the whole of the UK.”
