Jet2 Increases Seats On Portugal Run

Jet2.com has this week upped capacity to Portugal following government advice that the country remains one of the ‘go to’ destinations still not requiring quarantine upon return to the UK.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays has responded quickly to strong customer demand by increasing capacity to Faro on the Algarve.

The company is now operating multiple weekly services from all nine of its UK bases with announced additional flights and thousands of extra seats from Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow and London Stansted.

The reintroduction of Faro to the company’s programme means that company will operate to two quarantine-free destinations in Portugal this summer. The company is already operating to Madeira (Funchal) from Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Birmingham, East Midlands, and Edinburgh and London Stansted, with the destination still proving very popular with holidaymakers wanting to enjoy much-needed sunshine despite the potential risks.
