Go West - Celebrate 35 Years With Orchestral Manchester Concert

It might seem hard to believe that it is over 35 years since British duo Go West burst into the 80’s pop scene with their debut hit, We Close Our Eyes.

Now lead singer Peter Cox and guitarist Richard Drummie have announced a series of concerts to celebrate the anniversary of the release of their debut album. The concerts will be extra special as they will be backed with a full orchestra.

You can expect to hear the hits such as Call Me, Don’t Look Down and King of Wishful Thinking which was featured in the movie, Pretty Woman.

Peter Cox is one of the UK’s most soulful vocalists whilst the Go West songs are still played on the radio on stations such as Greatest Hits Radio, Heart and Magic.

Support act on the tour is from the Cutting Crew, best remembered for the 80’s hit I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight.

There is only one northern date on the tour - Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on 8th May 2021.

Tickets for the concert are now on sale from:
