Espresso Martini Cocktail

With London Fashion Week in full swing here is another lovely cocktail from Slingsby Gin.

Espresso Martini: The Espresso Martini was created by bartender Dick Bradsell, started in mid-80s when a model walked into his bar and asked for a drink to ‘wake her up'.

Ingredients:

30ml Slingsby Pure Grain Vodka
20ml coffee liqueur
60ml cold brew coffee
15ml vanilla syrup
Pinch of salt

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice.

Shake and strain into a Martini glass

Garnish with coffee beans
