Celebrate Father's Day With Some Marmalade Gin Cocktails

It's Father's Day soon so the perfect time to celebrate with these wonderful cocktails from the makers of Slingsby Gin.

Slingsby Marmalade Gin has recently been awarded a Gold medal at the Luxury Spirits Masters.

Breakfast Martini

Ingredients:

40ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
25ml orange liqueur
50ml orange juice
25ml lemon juice
1 tsp Slingsby Marmalade preserve

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake and strain into a couple glass
Option – top with Prosecco and garnish with a tiny slice of marmalade on toast!

Chocolate Orange

Ingredients:

30ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
20ml Mozart Chocolate Liqueur
100ml 50:50 cream & milk mix

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker
Shake and strain into a couple glass
Garnish with an orange peel

Slingsby Garibaldi

Ingredients:

30ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
15ml Campari
60ml pineapple juice
25ml fresh orange juice
12.5ml sugar syrup

Method:

Combine Marmalade Gin and Campari at the base of a highball glass with a small amount of pineapple and orange
When a red colour forms, top up with the rest of the ingredients

Marmalade Spritz

Ingredients:

25ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
15ml lime juice
25ml apricot liqueur/brandy
15ml sugar syrup
Soda or Prosecco top

Method:

Combine all ingredients into a glass with cubed ice
Mix well
Garnish with mint and an orange slice

Marmalade Fizz

Ingredients:

25ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin
50ml Orange juice
1tsp Marmalade
Prosecco top

Method:

Combine all ingredients except the Prosecco into a shaker
Shake and strain into a glass
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with dried orange
